TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CONDOR APPROACH AND THE CONDOR COACHING CERTIFICATION (BIO INTEGRATION SOLUTIONS, LLC)

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Bio Integration Solutions LLC (the “Company”) and the Purchaser/Coach (the “Participant” or "You"), for participation in The Condor Approach Live Event, The Condor Coach Certification Program and/or any other services, offerings, retreats or workshops

REFUND POLICY

1) Refunds for the The Condor Coach Certification Program and private coaching may be requested within 72 hours of purchase. Requests after this period will not be honored.

2) Refunds for The Condor Approach Live, live and recorded workshops, or any other Products and Services are not permitted. However, tickets or funds may be transferred to future events or offerings. 

a. If the Participant cannot attend The Condor Approach Live Event, their ticket will automatically be transferred to the next available event within one (1) calendar year from the original purchase date.

b. Only one transfer is allowed per program, training, workshop, or private coaching engagement.

c. The Participant has one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase to transfer and use your ticket or funds.

3) To request a refund or transfer, email [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

1) By choosing to enroll in The Condor Coach Certification Program, The Condor Approach Live Event, live or recorded workshops, private coaching, or any other Products or Services with a credit/debit card, the Participant authorizes Bio Integration Solutions LLC to charge your card for the specified payments.

2) Participants may opt for a payment plan where terms may vary depending on the selected service. These will be outlined during enrollment. 

a. If not otherwise specified the terms are recurring payments every thirty (30) days until the balance is $0. 

b. A seven (7) day grace period applies for missed payments. If payment is not received within this period, the Company may suspend access to all program materials.

3) Participants are responsible for the full cost of the program, event, workshop or any other Products or Services, regardless of withdrawal or failure to complete payments, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1) Before using or browsing this website www.condorcoach.com or any hosted by Bio Integration Solutions LLC or www.condorapproach.com carefully read these Terms and Conditions.

2) By clicking "I ACCEPT" or using the website in any manner, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use or subscribe to our services.

CHANGES TO TERMS

1) The Company reserves the right to change these Terms.

2) Any changes will apply to your use of the website after the date of the change. Continued participation in programs after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3) We will notify you of material changes through a prominent notice on the website or via email.

TERMS OF SALES

1) All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy or agreed upon in writing.

2) The Participant assumes responsibility for the outcomes of their participation and understands that no specific results are guaranteed.

TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND PICTURES/VIDEOS

1) The Company may use testimonials and reviews for various purposes. These represent the experiences of individual participants and may not reflect your own. 

2) Information provided to the Company, including testimonials, photographs, and other content, may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

3) Participants may opt out of having their testimonials, reviews, photographs, or videos used for promotional purposes by contacting [email protected].

PRIVACY POLICY

1) Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your information. Please review it carefully.

2) The Company complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

3) Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

4) Information collected will not be sold or shared without consent, except as necessary for program administration.

5) BIS LLC and Condor Approach may collect information that Client voluntarily submits to such as:

a. Identifying information such as Client’s name and email address;

b. Security information such as Client’s username, password, and acceptance of policies, licenses and warranties;

c. Contact information such as Client’s company name, mailing address and phone number;

d. Billing information such as credit card, expiration date, billing address and account history;

e. Queries to Customer Service and Technical Support;

f. Site behavior such as pages visited, downloads, or searches requested;

g. Browser information such as browser version, IP address, and the presence of various plug-ins and tools.

h. While BIS LLC may possess social security numbers of our employees, consultants and contractors, BIS LLC does not collect social security numbers of website users.

USE OF COMPANY WEBSITES

1) You must use the site lawfully and not for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

2) You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not interfere with the site's operation or other users' enjoyment.

3) The Condor Approach is a social network. You are responsible for the information you share. We do not guarantee confidentiality of information shared within the community.

4) Our site may contain links to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

1) Membership is on a subscription basis, subject to the terms of the subscription agreement.

2) You authorize automatic monthly billing.

4) We do not guarantee results or availability of the membership program.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

1) We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in unacceptable behavior.

ACCESS RESTRICTION

1) Certain parts of the site may be restricted.

2) Do not access or share restricted content if you are not authorized.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS

1) We do not control information from other users. Exercise caution when interacting with others on the site.

TECHNICAL INACCURACIES

1) We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that the site is free of errors. We may make changes without notice.

DISCLAIMERS

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1) Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

2) The sole remedy available through arbitration shall be a refund of payments made by you to us.

3) You agree not to engage in any conduct that disparages The Condor Approach, Bio Integration Solutions, LLC, its programs, or employees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1) IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CONDOR APPROACH, BIO INTEGRATION SOLUTIONS LLC, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, THE COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, LIVE TRAININGS, WORKSHOPS, OR PRIVATE COACHING.

AVAILABILITY OUTSIDE THE US

1) Our products may not be available in all countries. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

GOVERNING LAW

1) This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. Copyright and Trademark.

All content on our site is protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1) Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

2) Waiver: No waiver of any provision is valid unless in writing.

3) Severability:If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.

4) Modification: We may modify these Terms at any time.

5) Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our consent.

DEFINITIONS

1) Coach Certification Program refers to the specific training program offered by The Condor Approach.

2) Products refers to any digital or physical goods offered for sale on our website.

3) Services refers to any coaching, consulting, or other services provided by The Condor Approach, including live trainings, workshops, and private coaching.
