Terms and Conditions for The Condor Approach and Condor Coach Certification
Bio Integration Solutions, LLC
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Bio Integration Solutions, LLC ("Company") and the participant ("You" or "Participant") upon enrollment in The Condor Coach Certification, The Condor Approach Live Event, or any related offerings, services, workshops, or retreats.

("the Site"), please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site in any manner—including placing an order or accessing program materials—you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or any of our services.
1. Refund Policy
1.1. Refund requests for The Condor Coach Certification and private coaching are only accepted within seven (7) days of purchase. No exceptions will be made after this window.
1.2. Tickets for The Condor Approach Live Event, live or recorded workshops, and all other programs are non-refundable , but may be transferred once to a future offering within
one (1) calendar year of the original purchase date.
1.3. Transfers:
a) Only one transfer is permitted per purchase.b) Requests must be submitted to [email protected].c) Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 days.
1.4. There are no refunds for discounted or promotional pricing unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. By enrolling, you authorize Bio Integration Solutions LLC to charge the card on file for your chosen payment plan.
2.2. Unless otherwise stated, payments recur every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.
2.3. A 7-day grace period applies to missed payments. After this period, access to materials will be suspended.
2.4. Participants are responsible for the full cost of their program, regardless of withdrawal or incomplete participation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Acceptance, Modification & Access
3.1. By using our website or enrolling in any program, you accept these Terms.
3.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates apply upon being posted. It is your responsibility to review changes regularly.
3.3. Certain parts of the Site or program materials may be restricted. If you access content in error, you must exit and notify us immediately.
3.4. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.
4. Safety, Consent, and Risk
4.1. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for monitoring your physical, emotional, and mental safety. If you feel unsafe, you agree to remove yourself and notify event staff immediately.
4.2. Radical Consent: You agree to uphold verbal, explicit, and enthusiastic consent for all interpersonal interactions. Non-verbal cues or ambiguous responses do not constitute consent.
4.3. Boundary Clarity: If a boundary is crossed, you agree to speak up, remove yourself, and notify staff. Failure to communicate your boundaries or request support during the event does not constitute a program failure.
4.4. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks—emotional, psychological, relational, or physical—arising from participation. This includes interactions with staff, guest facilitators, contractors, volunteers, or fellow attendees.
4.5. Release of Liability: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bio Integration Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and fellow participants from any and all claims related to your participation, including from acts of negligence or omission.
4.6. No Guarantee of Emotional Safety: We offer tools and support but cannot guarantee emotional outcomes or safety. You are responsible for your regulation and well-being.
4.7. Shared Responsibility and Remediation: By enrolling, you agree that the creation of a safe, inclusive, and transformative environment requires mutual engagement and accountability. Should concerns arise, the Company agrees to investigate any behavior that violates stated agreements. Internal resolutions will be handled as needed by the Company. For external remediation or harm named by a participant, the Company provides an opportunity for facilitated, confidential conversation. If a participant declines that conversation, such as by stating, “With that, I’ve decided a facilitated conversation is no longer needed,” the Company will consider the opportunity for shared resolution to have been declined and the matter closed.
4.8. Failure to Uphold Agreements: If you fail to communicate boundaries, participate in preparatory content, or notify event staff of a perceived violation in real time, you acknowledge that you are not upholding the conditions of mutual responsibility agreed to through your signature. This includes the explicit requirement to take ownership of your experience and communicate clearly, as outlined in the Bio Integration Solutions, LLC Live Event Code of Conduct.
4.9. Educational and Experiential Use Only: This program is not therapy, does not treat, diagnose, or manage any mental or physical condition, and is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care. The content and experiences offered are for educational and entertainment purposes only and are not to be interpreted as therapeutic treatment or a mental health intervention. This is a coach training and personal development program, not a retreat or clinical service.
5. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Behavior
5.1. You agree to respect the community, uphold boundaries, and avoid harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct.
5.2. The following are prohibited: Abuse of any kind (verbal, physical, emotional)
Discrimination or harassment
Use of illegal substances or weapons on site
Unconsented sexual activity
Defamation or harmful speech
5.3. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund and loss of access to all services.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
6.1. You agree to maintain confidentiality around all shared content and participant experiences.
6.2. All content is intellectual property of Bio Integration Solutions LLC and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed without written consent.
6.3. By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing content to our Site, email, or community platforms, you grant Bio Integration Solutions LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your content for any lawful purpose, including educational, archival, or promotional use, with or without identification.
6.4. If any materials submitted by you are deemed a “work made for hire” as defined by Section 101 of the Copyright Act, you agree that Bio Integration Solutions LLC will be the sole owner. Otherwise, you hereby irrevocably assign and transfer any and all rights to Bio Integration Solutions LLC, including intellectual property rights, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
6.5. We may use anonymous data for marketing and development. For full terms, visit condorcoach.com/privacy.
6.6. Live sessions may be recorded. AI tools may be used for summaries or support. By participating, you consent to this use.
7. Health & Illness Policy
7.1. Do not attend in-person events if ill or exposed to contagious conditions. Entry may be denied without refund.
7.2. Alcohol and substances are prohibited during live event participation.
8. Third Party Tools & Links
8.1. We may use third-party services like Google Analytics, Facebook, payment processors, and hosting platforms.
8.2. We do not control third-party sites and are not liable for their content or practices. Exercise discretion.
8.3. By interacting with these features, you consent to their respective terms.
9. Testimonials, Reviews, and Media
9.1. Testimonials and shared content may be used for marketing. To opt out, notify us in writing before or during participation.
9.2. Testimonials reflect personal experience and are not promises of results.
9.3. Photo and video footage captured at live events may be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided.
10. Disclaimers
10.1. We do not provide legal, therapeutic, financial, or medical advice.
10.2. Your results depend on your actions and commitment. We do not guarantee outcomes.
10.3. The program is not a substitute for licensed care or professional services.
10.4. This program is designed for educational and experiential purposes only. Participation does not constitute entry into a client-patient relationship.
10.5. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All content is offered “as-is.”
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas
.
11.2. The sole legal remedy is a refund of paid fees. You agree not to engage in public disparagement.
11.3. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
12. Jurisdiction & Severability
12.1. This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Invalid provisions shall not affect the remainder of the Agreement.
12.2. No waiver is valid unless in writing. Any conflict shall default to the latest version of this document.
