With over 18 years of experience in horticulture and a specialized mastery in True Living Organics (T.L.O.), Sincere has spent the last decade teaching the art and science of cannabis cultivation. His 12-year journey into mycology has positioned him as a leading figure in entheogenic work—serving as counselor, gatekeeper, and chief instructor in psychedelic studies and mushroom cultivation.

A Condor Master Coach and trained Integration Specialist, Sincere brings the Condor Approach into his sacred container work by blending harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and ancestral wisdom.
